How do I request reports that are not available in uPortal360?

Important
Please confirm with your User manager that the report you are requesting is not already available in uPortal360.

To request a custom report:

Submit a Case

  1. Click on Support on the menu
  2. Click the button for Submit A Case
  3. You will need to choose a Reason (i.e. Other).
  4. Fill out the form.
    1. On the description, please note exactly what is needed on the report and the frequency at which you will need the report sent.
  5. Click Submit Case when finished.

Submitting a case is a permission based option within uPortal360. This permission must be granted by the User Management.

Send an Email

You are also able to send an email to [email protected] with your request for a custom report, and we will review your program to see what reports are eligible for your use or can potentially be created.
