Important
Please confirm with your User manager that the report you are requesting is not already available in uPortal360.
To request a custom report:
Submit a Case
- Click on Support on the menu
- Click the button for Submit A Case
- You will need to choose a Reason (i.e. Other).
- Fill out the form.
- On the description, please note exactly what is needed on the report and the frequency at which you will need the report sent.
- Click Submit Case when finished.
Submitting a case is a permission based option within uPortal360. This permission must be granted by the User Management.
Send an Email
You are also able to send an email to [email protected] with your request for a custom report, and we will review your program to see what reports are eligible for your use or can potentially be created.
