# How does UGA Finance Operate?

## How our Business Works:

* UGA Finance (UGA)
  * Retail Seller Clients
    * Consumers
* Universal Account Servicing (UAS)
  * Servicing Clients
    * Consumers

**UGA Finance** provides customized Consumer Financing programs to our retail seller client, who extend financing options to the customers/patients/members of their business in order to pay for the products or services from the retail sellers.

**Retail Sellers** (or “Clients”) are the businesses that come to UGA Finance to get a Finance Program to offer to their business.

**Universal Account Servicing** then “services” contracts created through the UGA Finance program, meaning that they are responsible for working with consumers to make sure they’re paying off the debt on their contract.
