# How Do You Pull Credit? Is It A Hard or Soft Pull?

We use Transunion for all credit inquiries.  Our inquiries do appear as a hard inquiry on consumer credit reports.  The exception to this rule is that for inquiries related to loan programs in the medical industry.  Some of those loan programs are setup to do a soft credit pull.
