# As a New Merchant, Why Do I See Multiple Applications When I Log In to the Portal?

If your business has more than one location or operates under multiple entities, you might see a separate merchant application for each one. This allows us to handle funding and paperwork correctly for each location.

What you can see depends on your role:

* **Company owners** typically have access to all accounts under their organization.
* **Location managers** will only see the accounts they are specifically associated to.

If something looks off or you need access to a different account, please let us know so we can rectify it.
