# FAQ - Reports

This FAQ consolidates the most common reporting questions into one place. Each question links directly, so you can share a specific answer with a colleague.

## How do I request a report that isn't available in uPortal360?

First, confirm with your User Manager that the report you need isn't already available — many needs are covered by existing report sets. Client Success can assist with this as well.

If it's genuinely not available, **email the request** to the Client Success Team, who will review your program to see what reports are eligible or can potentially be created.

Please note any new report request is subject to a Professional Services fee.

## Why can't I see a report or report set?

Reports are gated by permissions and report-set access. For example, the **Contracts Report Set** permission is required to calculate advances and to run contract reports, and the **UAS Invoices** report set is required for detailed invoicing reports.

If a report you expect isn't visible, contact your User Manager — a user with the **User Management** permission can assign the report sets and permissions you need.

Client Success can also help navigate.

## When are invoices and invoicing reports available?

Servicing Invoices are available on the **7th business day of the month** via uPortal360, and deposits are made within 24–48 hours after invoicing is complete.

Purchasing Invoices are available within a day of the account being assigned and funding are made within 24-48 hours after invoicing is complete.

To view Servicing invoices you need the **View Invoices** permission; to run detailed invoicing reports you need the **UAS Invoices** report set. For how to read and reconcile an invoice, see the **UAS Billing Invoice** guide.

## Where can I learn the columns and definitions for a specific report?

Each report set article includes a **Field Definitions** table describing every column. Start with **Reports – Tips & Tricks** for an overview, then open the specific report set (for example, Contract, Delinquency, or Charge Slips). See the **Reports & Invoices** section for the full list.
