How can I help a consumer add a payment method to their account?

By default, as the merchant, you do not have access to add, edit, or view consumer payment method information for a multitude of security reasons.

However, we understand it is not always possible to have your customer call in to our Consumer Help Desk at (888)233-2302 or login to their account at uPortal360 to get them to add an updated payment method. For these situations, you can use the attached Payment Method Authorization Form to submit a payment method for us to enter on behalf of your consumer.

Simply complete this form and return to uSupport by email at [email protected]! The uSupport team will provide receipt when the payment method has been added to the consumers account and/or enrolled in Autopay on their account.
