How do I change a consumer’s email if their contract is in the Needs Signing Queue?

  1. Click on My Queues
  2. Click on Needs Signing
  3. Click the View button corresponding to the contract you wish to correct and resend.
  4. Click on the Email Not Received – Correct Email & Resend button.
  5. Update the customer’s email address
  6. Click Update & Resend Agreement
