How Do I Submit Cases?

You must have the Client role to submit cases. Contact your administrator if you are not sure if you have this role.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Search for the customer in the Quick Search bar.
  2. Click the View button corresponding to the account you wish to submit a case on.
  3. Click on the Client Actions tab on the left and then Submit a Case.
  4. Fill out the form.
  5. Click Submit Case.
