It is strongly encouraged for your consumers to sign up for eCommunications. These reminders and updates allow for them to stay on track with repaying their contract and keep them updated on any further activity with their contract.
For example, they will be able to sign up for eAlerts that remind them when their autopay is about to be ran, when their promotional period is about to end, when a payment has posted and more.
Important
eCommunications can be updated at anytime and the consumer can opt in or out to specific notifications.
