Will consumers receive monthly statements? When will they receive their first statement?

Yes! There are two ways that a consumer can receive their monthly statements: USPS or Email (E-Statements).

They will have the option at origination of their contract to choose which method they would like their statements sent and at any time, they are able to change their delivery preference. We leverage a print vendor for all traditionally mailed items or if they opt-in to eStatements, we will leverage email to deliver required notices.

At origination, they will also select their date of first payment and their monthly due date. To read more on this, follow this link.
