Client Success Team

Your dedicated Client Success Manager is your primary point of contact for everything related to your finance program with UGA Finance and Universal Account Servicing (UAS). Upon program launch, you will be assigned a specific Client Success Manager; however, any member of the team can assist you at any time.

Voicemail-to-text alerts are sent directly to the Client Success Team to support timely responses. Expect a return call within 30 minutes during business hours. After-hours voicemails will be addressed the next business day.

The following teams are available to support your consumers directly. Providing these contact details to your customers helps reduce friction and ensures they receive timely assistance.

Billing Department: (888) 233-2302

Assists consumers with bill payments, account inquiries, and financial hardship options.

Consumer Help Desk: (877) 378-9218; consumerhelpdesk@ugafinance.com

Assists consumers with support tickets and email inquiries.

Pending Application Support: (833) 574-3255

Assists consumers with issues during credit applications, such as mis-match of personal information, credit freeze, or general troubleshooting.

Universal Account Servicing Tips and Tricks

Add UAS to your Contacts. Click the link below to add a contact record to your phone or device.

Keep our emails out of spam. Since we provide links in our emails to make it easier for you to get information, some of our emails may end up in SPAM. Follow the directions below to mark our company emails as trusted and not “spam.” Note: You’ll need a computer to complete these steps.

  • Gmail - Manage Spam Messages

    1. In the search box at the top, select the Down arrow.

    2. In the From field, enter the sender's email address.

    3. At the bottom of the search window, click Create filter.

    4. Select Never Send it to Spam.

  • Yahoo

    1. Mouse over the Settings menu icon and select Settings.

    2. Click Filters and then Add. Enter a Filter Name.

    3. Enter the email in the Sender field.

    4. Select Inbox as the folder to deliver the email to. Click Save and then click Save again.

  • Outlook

    1. Click the cog icon in the top-right corner and then View all Outlook settings.

    2. Select Mail, then Junk email.

    3. Under the Safe senders and domains section, click Add and type the email. Click Enter on your keyboard.

    4. Click Save at the bottom of the window.
