The Client Success Team (formerly known as Merchant Performance or uSupport) is available to all merchants regarding consumer accounts, technical issues, and questions regarding their finance program(s).
Upon the launch of your Finance Program(s), you will be assigned a Client Success Manager to act as your main point of contact with UGA Finance and Universal Account Servicing. Any member of the Client Success team can assist you in the event your Client Success Manager is unavailable.
