UAS will exit accounts from servicing upon default or a servicing transfer request from the contract's current creditor (owner). When an account is exited, we set the Transfer Company and Transfer Date. The Transfer Company is defined as an account in our system with a consumer customer service number as a required field. This allows our system to inform servicing agents and consumers about the transfer and the proper number to contact the account's current servicer.
UAS will typically place default accounts into Collections with Omega-RMS. However, contract owners can set up custom exit processes.
