There are a few solutions to consider in this matter:
- If an application was already started but not completed, the system will recognize there is a duplicate email and will not let you proceed.
- If this is the case, check the Consumers Without Credit Application queue. All applications in this queue do not have a completed credit application and you are able to return to the application to finish where you left off.
- If the application is not in the Consumers Without Credit Application queue, and you are still unable to find them, you will need to contact uSupport either by email or phone for them to find the consumer by searching for their email.
