If your business has more than one location or operates under multiple entities, you might see a separate merchant application for each one. This allows us to handle funding and paperwork correctly for each location.
What you can see depends on your role:
Company owners typically have access to all accounts under their organization.
Location managers will only see the accounts they are specifically associated to.
If something looks off or you need access to a different account, please let us know so we can rectify it.
