Dependent on your program setup, your consumers will either receive a welcome call or go through online verification.
- Welcome Calls: Welcome calls are made to the consumer to verify their contact information and to assure they are aware of the terms of their contract.
- If a consumer is unwilling to complete their welcome call, the contract will automatically go into servicing.
- Online Verification: This process is entirely done by the consumer through uPortal360 to verify their information and the terms of their contract.
