Can I Update the Student ID/Patient ID?

Yes! Updating the student or patient ID is a quick and painless process that can be done through the portal!

  1. Log into the portal at www.agent.uportal360.com
  2. Search the student (customer number/complete name)Click view
  3. In the portal, on the left hand side, click on the tab labeled Contact Info
  4. Scroll down until you locate "Client External ID (Membership ID)"
  5. Click on Edit
  6. Update the ID with the NEW ID
  7. Done!
