How do I know if a consumer is current or past due on their payments?

Follow the below steps to view consumers account status.

  1. Search for the consmer in uPortal360.
  2. Click View next to the corresponding account.
  3. From that page you can see if the customer is current or past due and how much they will owe at their next due date.

If you would like to see the customer's payment history follow the additional step below: Click on the Transactions tab on the left.

  • This page also shows all the late fees (if any) that have been applied to their account and the amount of those fees that have been paid.
  • In addition, you can also see all of the contracts that are past due by using the Contracts - Past Due and the Contracts - Past Due with PUR reports. If you do not have access to these reports contact your administrator.
