How can a consumer's contract be canceled?

The consumer can contact our Consumer Help Desk to request a cancellation. Their cancellation request will be reviewed with your office prior to taking any further action. Any disputes concerning service delivery will be reviewed by UGA Finance. If we are able to close the account, the consumer must still pay the full amount owed, and their agreement will remain in effect until they do.
