If a consumer has placed a freeze with a credit bureau, their application process will stop until the freeze has been lifted. The consumer is shown the name of the credit bureau and the contact details and web address needed to resolve it. Once the freeze is lifted, the application can be reprocessed. Only the consumer can lift a freeze. Neither you nor UAS can do it for them. image.png
