If your business has more than one location or operates under multiple entities, you might see a separate merchant application for each one. This allows us to handle funding and paperwork correctly for each location. What you can see depends on your role:
  • Company owners typically have access to all accounts under their organization.
  • Location managers will only see the accounts they are specifically associated to.
If something looks off or you need access to a different account, please let us know so we can rectify it.
