You are able to submit a case under the consumer’s account to request for a payment to be pushed out. In this case, you must specify the exact date and the amount that was paid for the date of next payment to be pushed out. If the contract is a RIC document, the conusmer will need to sign a modification of terms agreement to verify their due date being pushed out.
