Can I Update the Student ID/Patient ID?
Yes! Updating the student or patient ID is a quick and painless process that can be done through the portal!
- Log into the portal at www.agent.uportal360.com
- Search the student (customer number/complete name)Click view
- In the portal, on the left hand side, click on the tab labeled
Contact Info - Scroll down until you locate “Client External ID (Membership ID)”
- Click on
Edit - Update the ID with the NEW ID
- Done!
