Make Sure Applicant is Ready to Apply

If your consumer is ready to apply, take some time to make sure they are ready and set expectations of information that will be gathered in the process. This will help to speed up the process and eliminate surprises.
  • Are they familar with their basic information including their social security number?
  • Will they need to secure a co-applicant?
  • Do they have a freeze on their credit?
